Luxury Townhome 1 BLOCK from Beach, on Boardwalk

The property was great for our group of 8. Plenty of space, enough bathrooms. Proximity to the beach was ideal, plus lots of food options around, Including a grocery store, just a few minutes drive away.The water pressure was not great in the showers and took a long time to heat up, esp in the kitchen. (I think the hot/cold may have been mislabeled). When we arrived, we had been given the wrong entry code, but the host responded within a few minutes with the correct one. We could not get the front door keys to work, so we just used the garage.One guest on the bottom floor would have preferred if the bathroom windows were frosted.The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and coffee. Overall, we had a lovely time, and it was a nice place to come "home" to at the end of our long days.

The property was beautiful and in an excellent location 1 block from the ocean. The condo was exactly what was advertized. The appliances were top-tier including the washer and drier and a refridgerator with two ice makes that kept up our needs. The worst part of traveling for me is usually a poor quality matress but this one was high-quality and just as comfortable as home. Cat was a super host. The bikes and beach chairs were a nice bonus. We did have issues with the garage opener and the kitchen was initially really dark but Cat immediatly sent Terry (he's awesome) who fixed everything, replaced some dead bulbs, and installed a new switch. With 7 more recessed lights working the place really popped. Overall a great experience.

Our family vacation was so enjoyable as our hosts were amazing in all their communications with us. The home was perfect and decorated so nice. The beds were very comfortable which is always so important. The walk to the boardwalk was a breeze. There was a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. Mimosas were made that is for sure! Thank you for everything!

No outdoor social space at the house

Cat was the best host we’ve ever experienced! She communicated with us immediately and followed up with any ?’s we had. Can’t say enough good things. The house met our needs perfectly- 4 teenagers and 4 adults. It is 1 mile from the athletic center and easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house is nicely updated and comfortable. It is 3 stories but the elevator was perfect for luggage etc. Thank you Cat!
